SHPE North Texas Professional Chapter connects engineers, scientists, and technologists across Fort Worth, Dallas, and the rest of the Metroplex. Our mission: empower Hispanic professionals in STEM to reach their full potential — and open the door for the students coming up behind us.
A new name. The same familia.
For more than a decade, our chapter has hosted mentorship programs, technical workshops, community outreach, and an annual scholarship golf tournament that sends North Texas students into STEM degrees.
In 2025 we became SHPE North Texas Professional Chapter — a name that welcomes every STEM professional in the region, wherever they work. The same year, SHPE National recognized us with the Gold Chapter Award for the 2024–25 term.
